Here are the details of information for CAT candidate care support for the CAT exam. The CAT candidate care support is only available through phone (Integrated Voice Response System (IVRS)) and email.

Dates of IVRS Phone support availability:
Registration Phase: 17 August - 28 September 2011, 9:00AM to 6:00 PM from Mondays to Saturdays.
Pre-testing window: 29 September - 21 October 2011, 9:00AM to 6:00 PM from Mondays to Saturdays.
Testing window: 22 October - 18 November 2011, 8:00AM to 7:00PM daily
Post-testing window: 19 November - 31 January 2012, 9:00AM to 6:00pm Mondays to Fridays.
